ABOUT JSI MILL SOLUTIONS
OUR STORY
Our founders, Joe Solberg and Aaron Bloy grew up in and around paper mills. After founding Spare Parts Specialists (SPS), a custom parts manufacturing company in 2001, they discovered that they shared a common goal: to innovate paper manufacturing and make improvements in every facet of the industry. Eager to build on existing products and practices, Solberg and Bloy founded JSI in 2002 and immediately began developing solutions for paper manufacturers based on their 40-plus years of experience in the industry.
JSI Mill Solutions quickly built a reputation as a world leader in paper manufacturing, particularly in production improvements and operational safety. The company has made tremendous strides in developing and delivering many innovations that improve the throughput of paper mills, including the Winder Solution Program, the Accu-Slit System, and comprehensive safety audits.
Today, JSI Mill Solutions is headquartered in Georgia and operates six regional maintenance facilities across the United States. JSI has absorbed the custom manufacturing capabilities of SPS into its comprehensive array of services and has also built an international network of partnerships through which they can address any need that a paper or cardboard mill might present. Our regional team, custom manufacturing capabilities, and international network allow us to present the very best available options to the mills we work with.
